Working Hours: 7.30am - 9.30pm / Saturday - Thursday

Once prices are paid, package is non refundable:

Hours can be split to give longer session times if Sam's got time in her schedule.

So rather than split 3 hours into 3 60min sessions you can also split 3 hours into 2 x 90min sessions

Prices are subject to change.

Cancellations: must be made up within the month of package duration and fit in where time is available in Sam’s schedule.

Cancelled Sessions' may be re-booked accordingly during that month of membership only.

With 48 hour notice : Monthly package can be put on hold, In view of holiday or serious illness/injury. A return date must be given please.

Please be advised there are no Personal Training sessions on Friday's nor on National Holidays or during annual holidays : (August 1st -22nd ) (December 20th-10th January)
